Open Edition Prints:
Open Edition Prints (Plaque Mounted and Matted) are printed by us using archival inks on a semi-gloss, acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper. Only the plaquing process is commercially outsourced. Matted prints are set in between two acid-free mats and placed in a protective acid-free sleeve. All transactions are securely processed via PayPal (no account required). The Artist reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright in the Artwork. The Artwork, before or after a sale, may not be photographed, sketched, painted, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the express written consent of the Artist.
Important Shipping Information:
Shipping and Handling (S&H) rates are a flat rates based on size and weight of the package. Rates are also based on Canada Post or USPS Standard rates and shipment within Canada or continental United States ONLY. Open Edition Prints shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional fees such as, duties, brokerage, taxes or tariffs that are imposed by the carrier. The additional fees are NOT included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Customer Satisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Heather’s Open Edition Prints, notify us within 7 days and your purchase price will be refunded providing the Open Edition Prints are returned in the same condition it was shipped. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the Open Edition Prints to the sender.
