Limited Edition Prints:
Giclée canvas prints are stretched on stretcher bars. Paper or lithograph prints are not matted or framed. Every effort has been made to reproduce the artwork as close to the original colour as possible.  All Limited Edition prints are signed and numbered by the artist. Giclée on canvas prints are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist. We recommend placing your limited edition print away from direct sunlight for the best protection and longevity of the print.

Transactions:
All transactions are securely processed via SQUARE or e-transfer.

Shipping:
Prices do not include shipping and handling (S&H).
To determine the S&H cost, please add you desired print to the cart and click on and fill out the “Request Shipping Quote” form.  S&H rates are based on FEDEX or Canada Post Standard rates for shipment within Canada or continental United States only. Rates are based on size, weight and cost of the packaging materials. Limited edition prints shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional fees such as, duties, brokerage, taxes or tariffs that are imposed by the country and/or carrier.  Any additional fees are NOT included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping rates do not include any insurance beyond a minimal amount. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Although the safety of the prints cannot be guaranteed, every effort is made to pack the prints as securely as possible.

Following payment, please allow up to 7 days to ship a giclée on paper or lithograph print.  Please allow up to 14 days to ship a canvas print.

Customer Satisfaction:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Limited Edition print, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the artwork and we will be happy to give you a full refund providing the Limited Edition print, along with the accompanied paperwork, is returned and received in the same condition it was shipped. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the Limited Edition print to the seller.

Note on Copyright:
The Artist (Heather Soos) reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright in the Artwork. The Artwork, before or after a sale, may not be photographed, sketched, painted, added in part or in whole to any other artwork, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the express written consent of the Artist.
