Please read before purchasing:

Original Artwork:
All original artwork has been professionally custom framed.  Depending on the medium, framing may or may not include glass/acrylic.  All glass or acrylic is museum quality (highest quality) for maximum protection against UV light.  We recommend placing all original art away from direct sunlight for the best protection and longevity of the art.

Transactions:
All transactions are securely processed via SQUARE or e-transfer.

Shipping:
To request a price and to determine the Shipping & Handling (S&H) cost, please complete the “Request Price and Shipping Quote” form on this page.  S&H rates are based on FEDEX Ground rates for shipment within Canada or continental United States only. Rates are based on size, weight, cost of the crate and packaging materials. Originals shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional fees such as, duties, brokerage, taxes or tariffs that are imposed by the country and/or carrier.  Any additional fees are NOT included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping rates do not include any insurance beyond a minimal amount. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Although the safety of the original cannot be guaranteed, every effort is made to crate the original as securely as possible.

Originals are shipped inside a wooden crate.  After receiving the art, the purchaser has the option to return the empty crate and its packing contents at their own expense and we will gladly refund all shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase.

Following payment, please allow up to 14 days to ship an original artwork (crate may have to be built).

Customer Satisfaction:
If you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the artwork and we will be happy to give you a full refund providing the artwork, along with the accompanied paperwork, is returned and received in the same condition it was shipped. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the original artwork to the sender.

Note on Copyright:
The Artist (Heather Soos) reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright in the Artwork.  The Artwork, before or after a sale, may not be photographed, sketched, painted, added in part or in whole to any other artwork, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the express written consent of the Artist.
